Data interaction with Supabase

## Description
Users data will be stored in supabase so we need to establish communication between the app and supabase
## Acceptance Criteria
When an authenticated user adds or removes todo items from there list this information should be reflected in the supabase database

Start from the authenticated-user todo add/remove flows and locate the app's existing Supabase connection point. Done means additions and removals are persisted in Supabase and remain reflected for the authenticated user's todo list.
