A potential new home for the shared-element projects

"Hi,

I saw that react-navigation-shared-element and react-native-shared-element are looking for a new home or long-term maintainer. I am interested in taking responsibility for both projects as a bundle rather than treating them separately.

I am interested in taking long-term responsibility for the project and can prepare a concrete maintenance and transition plan.
