Description

If OpenSSL X.Y shipped with Icinga 2 gets a patch level security update vX.Y.Z, but there's no Icinga 2 bugfix release yet, users can already do this:

Manually.

On every single Windows agent.

Or! The IfW repo also hoards OpenSSL DLLs for an addition to its update mechanism.

Research direction

Start by reading the existing IfW update mechanism and the linked instructions for manually updating OpenSSL on Windows agents. Define the update flow and repository contents needed so OpenSSL patch updates can be delivered independently of an Icinga 2 release; the issue names no files or tests.
