Description
Related to #7, we should have lazy versions of contraction called Contract and ContractAdd that are analogous to ArrayLayouts.Mul and ArrayLayouts.MulAdd, which will help with code organization, customizability, and extensibility.

Research direction
Start by reading related issue #7 and the existing ArrayLayouts.Mul and ArrayLayouts.MulAdd implementations. Trace the current contract[!] and contractadd[!] behavior, then determine the corresponding lazy Contract and ContractAdd interfaces. Done means both lazy versions provide the requested analogous functionality and preserve the existing contraction behavior.
