Investigate: Production options

The current deployment is not considered production grade. This issue is intended to explore the relevant activities required to bring it to such a state and how this will be achieved:

Questions:

- Do we need zero-downtime deployments?
- We have been approached by PSDI in Scientific Computing. They also run a similar Lakehouse stack but are further forward in a production-ready setup deployed in K8s. Lakekeeper is capable of supporting multiple projects - should be use their Lakehouse deployment and add our requirements on top?
