Overview
This issue tracks the creation of the transformation pipeline for the ISIS Proposal List query (from reporting-tool). Operational data from proposal and isisuserdb has already been ingested into the lakehouse via ELT pipelines.
**Tasks**
- [ ] Extract and load data of FASE application data for the query
- [ ] Transpile the SQL of the query to dbt model
