Description
We made a good start on [ADRs](/ISISNeutronMuon/analytics-data-platform) but we're missing them for later work.
Add more describing:
- Ceph object store
- choice of Iceberg catalog (REST, Nessie vs Lakekeeper)
- choice of Superset over Metabase
- dlt
- dbt
- Keycloak
