Add a toggle in settings to hide disabled points

**This issue is a feature request**

Currently disabled fiducial and measurement points, are given a different colour from the normal ones. Add a toggle to the settings that hides the disabled points when active.

Disabled fiducial and measurement points, are should be shown or hidden depending on the user setting
