Remove relative links to some or all images in Jupyter tutorials

Tutorials includes link to image files in places. This is fine for the sphinx generated documentation, but not so good otherwise, including if the tutorials are viewed from the docker environment, e.g. `molecular-visualization` viewed from docker:


With this issue minimize use of link to image files and instead embed copy of these in the Jupyter notebook to make them easier to share across purposes
