Add intermediate scattering function and other results to results dump file

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Currently, only S(q,w) is written out to the output results file. It would be good if the intermediate scattering function could also be written out so that we can see if the simulation time was long enough during the production run, etc. Other results, like the S(q,w) without the resolution function applied, would also be useful.
