bonds no longer plotting in `gui.view`

During a refactor (https://github.com/MDMCproject/MDMCv0.2_pilot/pull/1287) of how MDMC uses `ASE` to import/export and visualise structures, the GUI for viewing `Structures` and `Universes` was changed. Investigate why `Bonds` are no longer plotted in both the `X3D` and `ASE` viewer when using [MDMC.gui.view](https://github.com/MDMCproject/MDMCv0.2_pilot/blob/2d14d27cce838dd5a02b5984595182cc7a4f48b1/MDMC/gui/__init__.py#L10) and re-add the ability to plot bonds.
