During visualization running out of RAM

**Description of the error**
When trying to put atoms for a certain number density the computer is running out of RAM without producing any error or showing anything (just dies)

**Describe the expected result**
Visualized structure

**Describe the actual result**
No structure for a certain value, while a structure can be seen for a value 10 times less

**Suggested fix**
Firstly one needs to find out if it is possible to fix it and what exactly went wrong

**Additional details**
Code which didn't produce any structure and ran out of RAM is in file FAILURE.py while the working one has a respective name.
