[BUG] MDANSE locks up when terminating job which failed due to "Insufficient system resources"

**Description of the error**
Running a DISF calculation on a relatively large argon trajectory (100,000 frames and 2048 atoms) causes the job to report an error: "OSError: [WinError 1450] Insufficient system sources exist to complete the requested service". The job is still in the running state, but never makes any progress. Terminating the job causes MDANSE to become unresponsive.

**Additional details**

Reproduce the DISF calculation with the reported large argon trajectory and observe the job after the "Insufficient system resources" error. Trace the job termination path from the failed running state; done means terminating the failed job no longer makes MDANSE unresponsive and the job reaches a clear final state.
