[ENHANCEMENT] Trajectory plotting

There should be a way of plotting data stored in the trajectory file using the MDANSE plotter.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Some basic plotting will be possible if we add the axes tags to the datasets in the trajectory.
Changes on the plotter end will be needed to handle the arrays inside the 'configuration' section.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
We could have a separate plotter implementation for the trajectories.

**Additional context**
At the moment, it is already possible to plot the time array of a trajectory by loading a trajectory file into the plot creator.
