Description
As documented in [ADR 7](https://isiscomputinggroup.github.io/ibex_bluesky_core/architectural_decisions/007-output-file-archiving.html) (read that document for clarification on any of the below acceptance criteria).
### Acceptance criteria
- [ ] A specific technical approach for how we will generate checksums is agreed by relevant stakeholders within the team. ADR 7 contains several _candidate_ approaches, but a specific approach has not yet been chosen.
- [ ] ADR 7 amended to specify the agreed checksumming approach
- [ ] Implement that approach to storing checksums.
