# Issue Description
As an IBEX user I would like the auto-energise parameter on my Galil motor axis to persist.

### How & Where?

We have seen some errors with auto energise not persisting on axis. @Tom-Willemsen further reports having seen this in the wilds

### Reproducible (Yes/No)?
Not yet well enough understood.
