Imaging: Laser 3D scanner

# Feature Description

As an imaging scientist I would like files from my 3D laser scanner to appear in the archive with my neutron data.

## Explanation

The imaging group are purchasing one or more 3D laser scanners to produce point cloud scans of the objects they image. This is then effectively meta data for the neutron data that is then taken, so they would like to store it alongside their nexus files.

They are purchasing this FY and I have suggested they get back in touch once the scanner is on site and they have tried using it.
