NDXDETECT: Give it DAE live view

# Feature Description
As a member of Detector Group I would like live view of detectors on my IBEX.

## Explanation
They've seen it on LARMOR and IMAT and would like it for their development work pls.

# Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] live view is available on NDXDETECT2 (and if it exists NDXDETECT)
- [ ] Detector group (via JS) have been notified they now have it
