NIMROD: Support for Hyden Mass Spectrometer

# Feature Description
As an instrument scientist I would like to be able to control my Hyden Mass Spectrometer from within IBEX

## Explanation
Currently the Hyden Mass spectrometer is being controlled using 3rrd party software on a seperate PC. IBEX integration would improve ease of use.

### Additional Information

- Model [HPR-20 EGA](https://www.hidenanalytical.com/products/gas-analysis/hpr-20-ega/)
- Relatively low priority as the existing set up is working.
- Usage of this device is expected to increase over the next 3-5 years.
- A quick search suggests there is not existing EPICS community support
- Website suggests device supports USB 2.0, RS232 or Ethernet. Not known which is currently being used.
