Update Training Slides with missing features.

As someone training or being trained in the use of IBEX I'd like to learn about as many of the features as appropriate so that I can make the best use of the system.

### Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] The hidden slides in the existing training slide deck detailing things to add to sections are implemented as slides that can be used for training
- [ ] Any further sections that are identified are added in a similar fashion
- [ ] Likely to be a timebox, and if there is remaining work a similar ticket to this should be created for picking up soon, if the work is completed a ticket to review the content of the training in about a year should be created
