IMAT: Camera Box control

# Feature Description

As an IMAT instrument scientist/user, I would like to control my camera box.

## Explanation
It is a single axis of motion for a box containing a camera.

@rerpha has had the following from the control box manufacturer:
> The MCC-1 does not have EPICS support. This was created by third parties. Additionally, the MCC-1 does not use the same command set but does have a similar command structure if checksum is activated. If you wish to adapt the project by modifying the commands, I can provide you with the command manuals and explain the differences.
