OPIs: Identify locations for new help icons

As a **user** I want difficult OPIs to have help icons.

Some thought into how to maybe integrate help for [key concepts](https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/ibex_user_manual/wiki/Key-Concepts-in-IBEX) may also be useful (this may be as simple as making sure the linked user manual pages have links to definitions etc. in key places)

### Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] Spoken to multiple members of the team and identified any OPIs that need help icons.
- [ ] If any are required - created a new ticket to actually add the help icons (no changes to code should be made in response to this ticket).
- [ ] Identify any locations where links to key concepts content could be added in the user manual (could also make a new, separate ticket following this if necessary).

### Extra Information
To improve QOL for users - allow them to find help for a specific OPI quickly to improve workflow.
