Squish Tests: "Edit" menu items change to "View" on instrument where you have no write permissions

Description
As a developer I would like to verify the following behaviour using Squish:
- Switch to another instrument.
- Open the `Configuration` menu:
- Verify that all `Edit` submenus have been changed to `View`, and other submenus have been disabled.
- Open the `Synoptic` menu.
- Verify that the `Edit` submenu has been changed to `View`, and other submenus have been disabled.
#### Additional info:
We could switch to a real instrument as the test shouldn't fail if that instrument is off.
