Description
As a developer I would like to verify the following behaviour using Squish:
- Create a block and set `Visible?` to `No`.
- Verify that the block is hidden in the `Blocks` panel.
- Right-click in the `Blocks` panel and select `Show hidden blocks`.
- Verify that the block is no longer hidden.
