Description
As a developer I would like to verify the following behaviour using Squish:
- Create a new synoptic.
- Verify naming restrictions:
- Start with a letter.
- Contain only alphanumeric characters and underscores.
- Have a maximum length of 30 characters.
#### Additional info:
Some of these restrictions might have changed depending on the age of this issue.
