Squish Tests: Configuration naming restrictions

As a developer I would like to verify the following behaviour using Squish:

- Create a new configuration.
- Verify that the name must start with a letter, and only contain alphanumeric characters and underscores.

Some of these restrictions might have changed depending on the age of this issue.
