Squish Tests: Motor OPI behaviour

Description
As a developer I would like to verify the following behaviour using Squish:
- Go to the `Motors` perspective.
- Click on any motor.
- Verify that a motor OPI opens.
- Switch to a different instrument.
- Verify that the open OPI closes.
#### Additional info:
We can switch to a non-existent instrument as we don't need a running one to verify this behaviour.
