Description
As a developer I would like to verify the following behaviour using Squish:
- Set up a motor IOC (e.g. Galil).
- Create a block of the position PV.
- Start a move.
- Run `waitfor_move()` and verify that the function waits for the motor to stop moving.
#### Additional info:
Take care to make this test consistent as it might depend on various timings.
