OFFSPEC: `coldasever` (pressure controller)

## Where?

As an instrument scientist on OFFSPEC I would like to be able to control the `coldasever` pressure controller. This uses a VI in `G:\Labview_modules_offspec\DELFT\coldasever.vi`.

This VI communicates using labview network shared variables - only setting/reading a very small number of items.

It is used in the `OFFSPEC-DELFT-Main.conf` SECI configuration which appears to be current and in use.
