LET: permanent solution for continuous rotation of sample stick

As a scientist on LET I would like to have a permanent solution to continuously rotate my sample stick.

For the cycle starting in March 2022 this is goign to be done via a script.

As of the time of writing this ticket, its undecided whether a mclennan will be used going forwards, so this ticket will need to be edited to suit.

If a mclennan is used we could just create an OPI and use a calcout on a 10s scan loop.
