Description
There seems to be something weird on mounted VHDs on the W10 clone. You are able to create directories and files on the mounted VHDs, but windows explorer can only delete files and not directories. You can delete a directory using `rd` from a command windows, but not from windows explorer. Spent some with with @ChrisM-S and @JamesKingWork looking at this, could not see anything obvious with permissions. Blockserver was able to delete a configuration, so it just looks to be a windows explorer issue.
Chris-MS found that mapping a drive letter to the volume and then deleting the directory via a drive path using the new drive letter worked from explorer, but still unable to delete directory via path where volume accessed via a directory junction.
As the issue only affects deleting folders via windows explorer, EMU W10 is proceeding
