Description
As a supporter of the detectors at ISIS, I would like to be able to monitor enough crates at ISIS. Currently, the HVCAENA IOC supports monitoring 4 crates and the CAEN library supports monitoring up to 8 crates at once.
## Acceptance Criteria:
- [ ] Amount of crates to monitor agreed
- [ ] We can monitor 8 crates per IOC
- [ ] There are enough IOCs to monitor the agreed amount of crates
