Script Generator: Reloading a generated script also loads the global parameters

As a user of the script generator, when I generate and reload a script into the script generator I would like the global parameters to also be loaded from the generated script.

## Acceptance criteria:

- [ ] When a script is generated and then reloaded into the script generator, the user is asked if they want the global parameters to be set from the generated script

## Notes

- To test this you will need to change the global parameters after generating the script to confirm they change back
