NICOS: Write Squish tests

Description
As a developer, I would like to have automated squish tests written for NICOS for all the benefits that tests entail. Currently we do have unit tests for NICOS, but not squish tests.
### Acceptance Criteria:
**There should be tests to detect reoccuring flashing window problem** (see [#6696](https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/6696) or [#6542](https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/6542)).
- [ ] There is a test written about checking NICOS log for successful connection
- [ ] There is a test about sending a script to script server
