Script Generator: Hide Dynamic Scripting controls

As an instrument scientist, I would like the dynamic scripting controls to be hideable to prevent users from controlling dynamic scripting for example on a setup machine.

## Acceptance criteria:

- [ ] On the script generator GUI we can set whether the dynamic scripting controls are hidden or visible

## Notes

- You could put the controls in a container of their own and hide the container (we will be adding more controls in https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/6684 so makes sense for them to have their own container)
