Script Generator: Provide errors if ScriptDefinition functions have wrong signature

As an instrument scientist on MARI (TG) I would like the script generator to give me an obvious error message if the script definition is incorrect. Particularly the error I came across was an incorrect signature on the `estimate_time` function.

* The script generator provides an error if the signature of methods is incorrect
* There is a test for this
