Description
Currently, the PVs `CS:BLOCKSERVER:PVS:INTEREST:HIGH` and other associated PVs e.g. `CS:BLOCKSERVER:PVS:ALL` are not available from DETMON. This ticket is to investigate why and fix the problem.
