Description
As an instrument scientist on LET I would like my two rotating sample changers to both go in the same direction to ease analysis. Currently they go in opposite directions. Both sample changers are controlled by mclennans
## Acceptance Criteria
* The sample changers are set up on the instrument and the required direction for both is documented
* Both sample changers move in this direction on LET
