Script Generator: Roll out to another groups

As an instrument scientist in a group that is not muons I would like to be able to use the generic IBEX script generator.

## Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] It is decided which group should next get the script generator (SANS have shown an interest)
- [ ] A meeting is had with the group showing the current script generator capabilities and asking for their specific requirements
- [ ] Meeting is minuted on wiki
- [ ] An umbrella ticket is created for this work
- [ ] Further tickets are created to deploy to that group and added to the umbrella ticket (or relevant [existing ones](https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+script+generator) added to the umbrella ticket)
- [ ] Another ticket like this one is created to roll out further beyond those selected this time
