SANS: Handle arrays better in IBEX

As a SANS instrument scientist I would like IBEX to handle multidimensional arrays better. Particularly arrays coming from:
* The NURF experiments on LARMOR
* The LSI Correlator
* Future Rheometers

Some concerns that need to be addressed:
* How arrays are saved into NeXus files
* How arrays can be displayed in the IBEX GUI in a human readable way
* How arrays can be displayed in Mantid after they are saved into the NeXus file

## Acceptance Criteria
* A meeting is held with representatives from our group, Mantid and the SANS group to discuss requirements and next steps
* Meeting minutes are put on wiki
* Tickets are created and prioritised for next steps
