Description
As an instrument scientist I would like a "cheat sheet" of how things in IBEX are used - things like what components, configs, IOCs are and where in the chain they are used. There is a diagram in the training course that is useful but I would like a sentence describing each component in the diagram so I can print it out and put it next to an instrument.
### Acceptance criteria
- Diagram is created and put on the Ibex user manual
- Scientists are emailed about change? possibly only JH?
