Description
As a developer, I would like to be certain that my tests work with IOCs running underneath this one so that I can be confident that changes to those IOCs will not alter the behaviour of this IOC
** Acceptance Criteria **
1. The tests for HIFIMAGS are extended to include devices in recsim or devsim, with the HIFIMAGS_01 in a non-simulated mode
1. The tests all pass
