Description
As an instrument scientist on MuSR I would like to be able to apply a correction to the vertical steering magnet when in transverse mode. This correction will depend on the strength of the applied field.
Originally raised as:

On a related matter, a further feature that we lost going to the second version of SECI was being able to correct the vertical steering magnet for the main magnet field when the instrument is in its transverse orientation. Through a calibration measurement an offset and gradient can be determined such that the correct vertical steering magnet value for a given applied field can be used, keeping the beam on axis. This only applies in the transverse orientation, as the longitudinal magnetic field does not have this effect.
`
They would also like this to be rolled into the status enum written in https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/6133:
`
When it is possible to add the TF steering compensation that would add TF Default and TF Manual (where the TF offset is made on the manually set values). I think the names with capitals could give us a set of block names. I think Error is the only one that should merit a red box, unless we don’t have any other suitable colours to show that Manual (and TF Manual) are not default states.
