Description
As a developer, I would like to be able to do both a first-time install and an upgrade of the "supporting environment".
The supporting environment is things like:
- NPort
- Labview
- Notepad++
### Acceptance criteria
There is documentation on the wiki about the process for both first-time installs and upgrades of the supporting environment.
### Notes
- For NPort, think about how to migrate COM port mappings on upgrade. Could it be done in an automated way?
