Description

As a SXD scientist I want to be able to control the rotation stages I use with a variety of equipment, so that I can control the orientation of the sample in my experiments.

**Note:** I only want to control one rotation stage at a time. The point is that SXD uses a number of similar rotation stages.
**Note:** SXD currently has several very similar VIs used to control rotation stages. The main differences between these VIs are the angular rotation limits. It would be best if these can be handled by a single OPI with appropriate configuration settings.

#### Acceptance Criteria
1. Using the IBEX client, I can control a rotation stage.
1. Using the genie_python, I can control a rotation stage.

#### Notes
1. Check the [SXD Instrument wiki](https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/wiki/SXD-Instrument-Details).
1. The existing similar rotation VIs used on SXD are:
1. SXD CCR (PM600) (see `C:\LabVIEW Modules\Instruments\SXD\SXD CCR`).
1. SXD Centre Stick (PM600) (see `C:\LabVIEW Modules\Instruments\SXD\SXD Centre Stick`).
1. SXD PE CCR (PM600) (see `C:\LabVIEW Modules\Instruments\SXD\SXD PE CCR`).
1. Parma Sample Changer (PM600) (see `C:\LabVIEW Modules\Parma Sample Changer`).
* See also `C:\LabVIEW Modules\Parma Sample Changer (Axis 2)` (not sure what this is for, or if it is needed).
1. There is also a generic rotation stage VI here: `C:\LabVIEW Modules\Rotating CCR`

1. All the above rotation stages are driven via McLennans.
1. It is quite possible that there is only one (or possibly two) rotation stage, controlled by multiple VIs.
1. **Note from Instrument Scientist:**
* Parma sample changer: We might have used this once or twice in the past on SXD for a one-of-a-kind experiment. I think, it might have been probing a sample at different heights.
* I think, we’d like provision for all the stages in IBEX, even the Parma sample changer, so that no extra work is required
if we ever find ourselves using it again.
