Hitting a limit switch whilst homing displays incorrectly

As an instrument scientist on SANS2D I would like to be able to watch my motors as they home and see them do what I expect. Currently when an axis goes to a limit switch during a home routine the home light is active on the table of motors but the limit switch is not. I would expect it to be the other way round and the home light only activated after I have actually homed (see https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/2999).

## Acceptance Criteria
* When a limit switch is hit in a homing routine the GUI reports limit hit and not home hit
