Instrument Scripts: Create System Tests

Description
As a SANS instrument scientist (and others) I would like the Instrument Scripts to be reliable and robust. Currently there is little testing on these scripts and so it is not caught if they break. The IBEX team is also not in general comfortable for all of the various use cases for the scripts.
## Acceptance Criteria
* The workflows tested in https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/5858 are written into system tests for the Instrument Scripts
* Once written the instrument scientists are consulted to see if there are any missed use cases (if there are spin these into a new ticket)
