Description
As a SANS scientist I need to be able to view the currently defined preset positions.
#### Acceptance Criteria
1. The following features are available on the advanced tab of the OPI (see #5719).
1. There is a "View Presets" button
1. On clicking a "View Presets" button, the OPI displays a table listing the currently defined preset values.
#### Notes
1. It may be that this ticket can be satisfied by #5724 (in which case, this ticket becomes, in effect, redundant).
