IMAT: Synoptic saying PV disconnected

Description
As a user on IMAT I would like the PVs in my synoptic to correctly tell me if they're connected or not. Currently the monitors appear to be disconnected/invalid:
Despite having valid data and the PV that they are connected to not being in alarm:
This may be because the PV has no STAT field.
## Acceptance Criteria
* The synoptic correctly reflects the state of the PV
* There is a STAT and UDF field
