Description
As a support person I don't want the eurotherm to log a message everytime it finds it can't talk with it because it makes the log very big and potentially fills up the disk.
### Acceptance Criteria
- When eurotherm can not contact the device a message is logged (possibly one for each opv)
- After this no other messages are logged
### Notes
- I thought we already did this has that got broken? in ticket #2916
